Your website provided a quote and as a customer I was not informed about the actual price until after you obtained all my details. That's when I got an email to say that another quote will be... That's when I got an email to say that another quote will be provided as soon as a provider has confirmed. The process outlined in your website form is misleading and as a customer I felt mislead and that's why I'd not recommend or use your service.
