They took the front door offline when we switched over to our name. We realized this a few months later and called about it and nothing was done to fix it. We were told that we would have to pay the service fee and possibly additional fees to get monitoring turned on. So, long story short, our front door has no monitoring, and your customer service reps keep telling us that some people want the front door unmonitored and it is our fault. My in-laws yesterday signed up with ADT...they asked us who to get and we said anyone but Ackerman. All because of Customer Service. It was a very bad Customer Service experience and would have cost you very little to get it right. If you had, I can guarantee you would have a new account right now.
