Have better customer service. A tech came out on Monday to fix our 2nd sensor that went wrong. The window was from 12-4pm, he arrived at 5pm and said he couldn’t fix the issue. I then had to take my personal time to get this issue fix. Finally, Friday (4 days later) someone called me back to scheduled a time to come back out to fix the issue. It took about 10 phone calls on my end to make it work. The tech is now coming back out Tuesday so hopefully it goes smoothly. It was terrible. Never recommending Ackerman to anyone again. I heard “okay someone will call you back” about 3 times and then I had to call you back since no one had called me.
