I took over and found that the inside leads from the doorbell were never tightened on the outside mounting plate and whenever the temperature changed significantly the doorbell would ring for hours. You are good at installing and monitoring traditional security, but when it comes to electronics....your installers do not know AC from DC. After first tech's visit I called Tech Support ar the manufacturer of the doorbell, Skybell and they advised that their product would work with digital chime doorbells with the installation of a DDA (Digital Doorbell Adapter across the chimes input terminals).
