We've had Ackerman security for several years and we're very happy with the high level of service they provide. Most recently we were out of the country and received a cellphone call from Ackerman saying they received an alarm alert from our home. They then dispatched the local PD who were at our home within 5 minutes (go local PD!). Its very comforting to know they're watching out for our safety whether we're at home or not!! Thanks Ackerman.
