When I initiated my contract in the summer I had to call repeatedly for assistance with my sliding door sensor, which I had no issue with prior to switching to Ackerman. I was told that I could purchase new equipment, or pay and $85 fee to have a technician come out. Oh and let’s not get into the technican who NEVER showed for an appointment. I’m actually thinking about canceling my contract and going back to your competitor, I’ve never experienced such poor customer service with them.
