I had a sensor fall off nearly six months ago and have yet to have someone come out to fix it or followup. Additionally, we recently had a carpenter come to the house while the alarm was set. The alarm went off and was not reset for another 40 minutes. We never got a call from anyone to ask if we were okay or need 911. This is not the first time this has happened. We paid more for ADT, but I have to say, they gave me a better feeling of security.
