You guys need some major improvement in the day to day operations. As an example I have a service call schedule today. The automated reminder (voice) was so bad I could not understand the time the Tec would arrive. I then received an email confirmation of 2-5 pm. I called the office to be told it was 12-4. I could go on and on but I’m not going to waste my time. I plan to cancel my contract and go with someone else.
