The equipment has been terrible and goes off at all times. We have asked service people to come out twice to fix it and all they do is look at it and turn down the sensitivity and I have repeatedly... The smoke alarm that I paid for is still not affixed because it was always going off when there was no smoke. Also I’ve been locked into a contract and want to get out of it.
