The candid, informative, succinct speeches and answers by the speakers. I also like that Ciara Thyne has joined AskNicely.

Great mix of speakers to give a greater view of customer experience. Was there going to be breakout groups? Would love those too!

Food and venue were great, presenters were very interesting.

There wasn't one thing that made this event a 10 for me, it was that it hit many marks for me well -- interesting speakers, a great mix of networking opportunities with interesting content, a chance to visit Vacasa's space, lots of smart and also really nice people, good food & beverages. I liked the flow of the evening too. I also really appreciated that it was free; it felt generous and in the spirit of CX/hospitality.
