In fact I filled the compaint form and send it to you, not because I was expecting something to change but since I am a call canter manager in order to improve your services. The response I got was that you don't understand my disatisfaction and that I should have read the "Terms and Conditions" before I make the order. The email continued with an ironic tone. "As you can imagine it is a long distance between the 2 countries and it is not possible for your boxes to arrive in 3 days". But why should I had imagined something like that when your representative told me that all that was needed were 3 business days?
