They didn’t call me on phone, didnt call at the door twice or didn’t simply wait for one minute to me to go downstairs to them! I had to send Christmas gifts to kids and now it seems in best case they will only receive them next year! Unbelievable! And I can’t even cancel it and get the money back!!!
