Beginning with the ticketing agent and then to the transporter who rolled me through security, to the flight attendants on both legs from San Diego, transiting through Phoenix and then on to Omaha was TOP NOTCH. They ALL treated me with respect, care and made me feel like I was the most important passenger in transit that day. Once on board, a pre-flight cocktail was in order and served quickly and flawlessly. The second leg of the flight was a meal-service, breakfast in both directions in and out of Omaha. To my surprise, the food was rather good! Hot hand towels were offered pre-meal for that last minute freshening up, nice. Additionally there was great inflight entertainment via the Jarvis Air Cell Phone App which uses the planes WiFi without cost. It worked seamlessly and I was able to catch up on first run movies while otherwise doing nothing. At the end of the flight, once again they took me via wheel chair to collect my luggage and then on to my car rental terminal. Sadly, I did not take notes of all the wonderful people who took such great care of me while traveling. It was one of the best flights I have ever taken and will certainly do it again!!
