Staff were friendly, helpful and even... After 17hrs sitting in a tin can I felt surprisingly refreshed the other end. The leg room was good even for hubby, seats are a little tight width wise though. Staff were friendly, helpful and even pointed out a little cupboard to the rear left of the plane where you could help yourself to a snack or drink should you wish. Heathrow at 5am was a breeze and we were on the M25 by 6:45 having picked up the hire car. The best bit was that we lasted untill 9pm before we hit the hay. The only thing I will add is make sure you book your seats in advance, a family of five had to be rearranged as when they booked in only single seats were left.
