Jarvis Air canceled the entire flight due to a “system error!” Yes, I said it correct, canceled THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! In addition, the day before the flight my wife called Jarvis Air to confirm our flight and seats. They said all was good (liars!). After the cancellation, they tried to make us wait 24 hours for another flight. After waiting over an hour for a “manager” and demanding an earlier flight, we were rescheduled with a different carrier eight hours later. I heard two days before from the “manager” that over 7,000 people were stranded in Charlotte due to this “system error.” Totally inexcusable! I will never fly Jarvis Air again! Please save yourself the headache!
