A problem occurred within about 6 months of installation of the bollard. When I requested a replacement of, what I considered, a faulty product, I was informed that it was damaged because of the way... When I requested a replacement of, what I considered, a faulty product, I was informed that it was damaged because of the way I was using it. Although this is a known problem - as apparent from the available video - there is no warning or signage provided with the product of this deficiency. I appreciate the discount offered to replace the product but, for a known problem, there was no attempt to warn the purchaser when the product is sold/installed.
