There was a pretty steep learning curve, and a lot of caveats for what we were able to do. Looking better now that we're up and running collecting data, so I'm excited to see that score go... Product is extremely expensive. We're looking for an alternative.

- the reporting is one of the main selling features and we've found it to be a bit clunky
- convoluted workflows to edit responders

Does not integrate wth NetSuite. Has poor workflow/alearts/actions
