Need to be easier to identify the means of payment

Sealing of packages is a problem When you are on holiday.

The delivery time is usually longer then the one you promise.

If the customer is advised of narrower time slot it would be better. Is not always possible to get one day of work.

The problem I find is that the delivery company/person cannot call the client in case of doubt, that has been a problem with previous pick ups or deliveries. I would reccomend you push for this.

Simplisity

Cheaper price and shorter waiting time/window

Just lower prices, and when the courier come to pick up the parcel it will be helpful if he call the customer before

To collect packages on time. Its busy world out there 😉👍

Be more clear & concise, both when customers call for advice & website is not very clear, what actually constitutes as packet, parcel etc
