we have had issues with underwriters off & on. We were finally assigned one who was responsive, then he was gone but no one told us - out stuff just sat in limbo. We have not been assigned another underwriter - we are still just sitting in limbo waiting until someone has the time to look at anything we send over - and stuff is not being looked at promptly
