Way too expensive since I joined. Couldn't recommend to my contacts based upon this.

I have it setup so that all responses without comments are answered automatically. For the response with comments, I never know they come through without having to go into Ask Nicely, which I forget... I cannot modify the filters easily, the view is not convenient. Maybe linked to our setup, I can't find the answer to improve the customisation.

Difficult to set up and manage the system.
