I have had to follow up customer service consultants multiple times for orders.
Seem to only be getting less reliable.

I received an email from Jaybro asking for my winter uniform order. Great - thank you for the reminder. I received 2 different quotes after I placed my order - the first quote was way off what I... I received 2 different quotes after I placed my order - the first quote was way off what I ordered - the second quote was better only I failed to notice "summer shirt" in the description - even though I was asked to place my "winter" order. I received summer shirts with no embroidery as requested and after confirmation of sample. I also received part of an order of jumpers with no embroidery and screen print. My confirmation for the order went in on the 19th April 2021 - delivery received 10 May 2021. Luckily the shirts can be returned as they do no have any embroidered details on them, I am disappointed for a further delay to receive correct order.

I actually contemplated cancelling the order at one stage because I thought it was a scam. I have not received the product yet so I will be very interested to see if it meets my expectations.

Delivery of product took to long; Keep on promising but delivery date kept on shifting out. Took 3-4 weeks longer to get the product. And had to keep on following up.
