He kept in consideration current and past activities/sports, current work situation, and past treatments received by other practitioners to have a complete picture and identify treatments that could best address my health issues.
All the way through he explained me what he was checking and why, and then explained me what approach/treatments he was going to use and why, making sure that I understand them and agree with them.
After the initial treatment I could already feel that my shoulders were, although proved, more relaxed and easier to keep open, and my neck was no longer under stress.
