Easy to use.

Dont love the testing, using api, no stats on unanswered surveys

It's not always easy to capture the customer conversation about their complaints through the comments section.

The UX needs some work. It should be easier for me to quickly survey 100 people from a CSV file.

Usability bugs, enjoy the flexibility of the platform, but the reporting, export functionality, and slicing of data is lacking.
