I learned more about the companies on the panel, but I wouldn't say that I learned more about CX.

I'm very stingy with my superlatives. We all have room to improve. But the event was terrific and I definitely intend to come to your next one.

The event was really well organized and the speakers were great, but I thought the 20 seconds x 20 slides made the presentations a bit superficial. Maybe it would be better to have less speakers with...
