My parcel was not picked up within a 9 hours window. I could not leave the house in this entire time waiting for a pick up that never happened. I could not leave the house in this entire time waiting for a pick up that never happened. Besides wasting peoples time, you could actually narrow down that time and ensure that someone shows up. I had a delivery to an orphanage in Romania, hoping the parcel will make it on time before Christmas, which with this kind of service is unlikely to happen. At least if the parcel cannot be picked up, I should have receive a communication about the delay. Instead I receive review requests and a false statement that my parcel is on the way to the final parcel center...after it hasn't even been picked up. Very disappointing service.
