Since 2 days I have a fixed date and timeframe for the pick up. Even this timeframe 9am until 6pm is a bit annoying. But then unfortunately there was no... Number of order 728528-18

Since 2 days I have a fixed date and timeframe for the pick up. Even this timeframe 9am until 6pm is a bit annoying. But then unfortunately there was no courier today!!
I'm waiting the whole day just to realize that NO courier is coming. it's annoying.

Please can you ask the courier when he will come?? and if he will come today??? Or tomorrow, or never???
And please give me answer as soon as possible.
