We returned from a 10 day cruise, with happy, friendly cruise staff fresh in, our minds, until we boarded the plane. We were extremely disappointed with the manner of the male cabin staff, perhaps... We returned from a 10 day cruise, with happy, friendly cruise staff fresh in, our minds, until we boarded the plane. We were extremely disappointed with the manner of the male cabin staff, perhaps they were tired, or ill however there was no interaction with passengers, no smiles except from the female cabin staff. The male cabin person appeared as if he was just filling in time until he could retire and not have to bother with passengers. Very disappointing end to our holiday, given the rest of Jarvis Air employees we met were pleasant and friendly.
