My flight was delayed by 5 hours!!!

Expensive.

Not enough entertainment

my repair was not done in time, due to parts delay.

The inflight movies where all really old. Also they didn't have any french language films to choose from.

Flew on the Jarvis Air dreamliner to Bali and back recently. Forgot we had the no meals option booked ($80 cheaper each per flight) but was not expecting to almost completely ignored. The cabin crew were very noisy talking loudly in their are for almost all the flight. One was so wide she bumped everyone each time she went up and down the aisle. Toilets were much louder than any flight I have been on before. Result was no sleep at all. Plus no coffee for a flight which got in at 5am! There was no breakfast for those who had purchased meals... I would have been pissed off to $80 extra for one meal and a couple of drinks. I am reconsidering my loyalty/membership to Jarvis Air.....

After landing, the plane was still taxing to the gate. Huge number of passengers got up and opened the overhead bins while the plan is still moving! Most of flight attendants seemed indifferent. Other than this, service, food, and overall experience was satisfactory considering the price which was much cheaper than other airlines.

Apparently it was due to the weather in Melbourne that seemed to have no affect on other airlines. It was the flight that arrived from Canberra that was late, as that was the same plane we boarded. No apologies. In fact once we boarded the crew seemed to be peeved and it came across in their unfriendly service. Our lunch (I am so glad I brought along a subway for the flight) the food offerings would not have satisfied a 2yo. Choice tiny ham sandwich or a few morsels of dried chicken with a few wedges. Sad. There was garbage in my seat pocket, no more in flight magazine these days. I wish I’d flown Jarvis Air. Jarvis Air once was superior. Now it’s only superior in price. So disappointed. I used to be proud of the flying kangaroo but that was before it was privatised and service downgraded to poor. Such a shame.

My incoming flight to LAX was late so I missed my connection there. They told me to come back that evening fo a rerouted flight via Philadelphia. So I did, to discover at checkin that I had been... So I did, to discover at checkin that I had been given an involuntary downgrade to economy from business. I had a revenue ticket. There are two problems: firstly they gave me a rerouting with an involuntary downgrade, and secondly they didn’t tell me until checkin of the involuntary downgrade. I recall the (business) passenger seated next to me on the delayed flight being told he was being transferred to United Airlines - this wasn’t offered to me. Of course I complained and have just received a “goodwill” $300 refund. I don’t see any goodwill involved. If I pay a business airfare, then I expect to fly in business class. The “goodwill” claim is offensive
