Our alarm malfunctioned when a water pipe broke in our home. You called our home phone about 16 times over the next few hours to inquire if everything was alright. We were not home. Instead of calling our emergency contact as you should, you continued calling our house phone. If you would have done due diligence by calling our emergency contact we would have had a chance to shut the water off. I called you to find out why you had failed to follow your own protocols and your employee said “I don’t know”. I asked to speak to a manager and he had the same attitude. I believe you owe us an apology at the least. Although we still use your company at our home here, I will never trust that you are looking out for me. I shudder to think how you would react to our home being burglarized. I do not recommend you to anyone.
