Better customer service, better communication during service times (I.e. calling 30-mins - 1 hour before scheduled time window when in route), not promising the moon & stars to get a new account... Better customer service, better communication during service times (I.e. calling 30-mins - 1 hour before scheduled time window when in route), not promising the moon & stars to get a new account & then miraculously not being available when you say go call if you have any issues. I could go on and on, especially regarding customer service at the main number. I’m out of my contract thank goodness and would go with anyone else before I came back to Ackerman!
