I called my sales rep a few weeks after installation reporting my alarm did not catch an open door when I set it for the night, but alarm sounded at 1:30am. I also reported that I am getting a fault... I also reported that I am getting a fault in foyer area where there is no sensor and requested that be fixed. My sales rep someone would be in touch and no one ever contacted me. My impression is that you have my money and contract so you don't have to waste any time on me for customer service.
