The house I purchased had Akerman installed already for the previous 10 years so I kept you. I have upgraded and changed systems multiple times at my expense without any assurance from you, the provider, that I'm purchasing quality equipment that will last. Additionally, you have enlisted new policies that are clearly cost-cutting and serve your bottom-line but do not benefit your customer's security. Last, I have had alarms go off in the middle of the night and NO ONE calls. I have to call you. I had multiple times that police were called to my home because the phone number on file was wrong. Even after correcting that several times- it remained inaccurate. I was promised these county fees would be deducted from my bill upon receipt of payment and that too has NEVER been reconciled. All I see is a continued degrading of service value for a company that charges equal to or higher fees than its competitors. For a company that had the market lead- you have forgotten customer loyalty.
