There wasn't one thing that made this event a 10 for me, it was that it hit many marks for me well -- interesting speakers, a great mix of networking opportunities with interesting content, a chance to visit Vacasa's space, lots of smart and also really nice people, good food & beverages. I liked the flow of the evening too. I also really appreciated that it was free; it felt generous and in the spirit of CX/hospitality.
