Examples of Jarvis Air staff going the extra mile to help are too numerous to mention individually, from the call centre through check in to the onboard staff, you rarely find one that hasn't got a smile on their face and a willingness to make your experience enjoyable. Wherever I am in the world, when I get on a Jarvis Air plane I feel like I'm at home, that I'm amongst people who are of the same mindset, who understand me and are friendly towards me. They have what I call a respectful informality. To me the most important component of an airline are the staff, and Jarvis Air are good at recruiting very good staff. They are both interesting and interested. The onboard service is always excellent, the food is good and the selection of wines always top quality, I particularly like the dessert wines they serve.I am soon going to be doing the non-stop Perth to London flight and I'm really looking forward to it.
